How It Works
In-Person Service
Do you live in Salzburg or nearby? With our in-person service, you can hand over your item directly. We will take care of everything — bringing it to our Italian master artisans and returning it to you, restored and more beautiful than before.

2. Drop-off
Book an appointment and bring your treasured piece to our Reparolux pick-up points in Wiener Bundestrasse 15, 5300 Hallwang, Salzburg — door-to-door drop-off available upon request
3. Entrusted to Italy
Once you drop off your item, we take care of everything — transporting it to our Italian master artisans, where it is carefully repaired, restored, or refinished.
4. Back in Your Hands
We return your restored piece, ready for collection at your chosen pick-up point — with door-to-door delivery available upon request
International Shipping
Wherever you are in Europe, you can access the excellence of Italian craftsmanship. We receive and ship all around Europe, with every shipment fully insured and handled with care, so that your items travel safely to Italy and back to you.

We send you the shipping label. Print it, prepare your package, attach the label, and drop it off at the nearest UPS point

4. Back in Your Hands
Once the work is complete, we ship your restored piece back to you — either directly to your home or to the pick-up point you prefer.
